		<description><![CDATA[<p>The Loddon &#38; District Business Association is spearheading a campaign for the urgent dredging of the River Chet from Hardley Flood to Loddon Staithe by the Broads Authority.</p> <p>The Broads Authority have recently undertaken work on the northern end of the River Chet, improving banks, dredging the river of silt and re-installing sluice gates at Hardley Flood.</p> <p>The southern end of the river in Loddon &#38; Chedgrave is now badly silted, which is causing a serious problem for river traffic and tourists. 		<description><![CDATA[<p>LDBA held its May meeting on Wednesday 15 May 2013 at 1830 at the Loddon Swan. Not that we have (or would want) that many second homes here, and I&#8217;m not sure about the dinky. But it&#8217;s quite nice to know that other people agree with us in that Loddon is a lovely place to live.</p> <p></p> ]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[<p>Despite the cold and the rain, lots of people came out to enjoy late night shopping and festive cheer in Loddon and Chedgrave on December 7th. The church was full to bursting and many shops along the High Street and Bridge Street were packed with people all night, particularly Loddon Mill Arts, Envy hairdressers, Loddon Nearly New, Loddon Garden &#38; Seed Centre, Youngs Funeral Directors, Lawnes Beauty Clinic and Musker McIntyre.</p> <p>We&#8217;ve had lots of messages of thanks and this one from Patrick Wright of Langley summed up their views.</p> <p>Having just found your website, I really had to say [...]]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[<p>The latest LDBA networking evening was held at the Swan in Loddon on Wednesday 21st November 2012 and twenty nine people attended, a mixture of LDBA members and guests. Four new members joined the LDBA on the night.</p> <p>Everyone was impressed by the new upstairs function room at the Swan and the conversation flowed all night.
